Pietie wants you to be very happy with each item that you buy and will accept returns or exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds Policy – Graffiti Frock
   
   
   1. Return requests for a full refund, or any exchange request, must be made within 14 days from the date that the dress was delivered to you.
   2. Returns or exchanges will be permitted provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was sold to you.
   3. Please WhatsApp Pietie on 060 982 5166 or email info@pietie.co.za with your refund or exchange request.
   4. Except where the dress is returned due to defects in material or workmanship, you will be responsible for arranging courier delivery at your cost to Pietie’s nominated physical address. You will bear the risk of any loss or damage in transit.
   5. If the return is due to defects in material or workmanship, Pietie will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you at his cost.
   6. All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and returns or exchanges will only be processed if the dress has been returned in its original condition, as stated above.
   7. After inspecting the returned item, Pietie will process your refund within 7 days or arrange for the replacement dress to be delivered to you.
      
      
2. Refunds Policy – COOL PICS and ART PRINTS
   
   
   1. Cool pics returns will only be accepted in the event of defects in materials or workmanship or damage in transit, in which event Pietie will replace the defective item.
   2. Any return request must be made within 14 days from the date that the item was delivered to you.
   3. Please WhatsApp Pietie on 060 982 5166 or email info@pietie.co.za with your return request.
   4. Pietie will arrange for a courier to collect defective items from you at his cost.
   5. After inspecting the returned item, Pietie will arrange for the replacement item to be delivered to you within 7 business days.
      
      
3. Refunds Policy – ORIGINAL ART
   
   
   1. Original art returns will only be accepted in the event of damage in transit to you through the acts of Pietie’s nominated courier. In such event Pietie will refund you.
   2. Any return request must be made within 14 days from the date that the item was delivered to you.

   4. Pietie will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item from you at his cost.
   5. After inspecting the returned item, Pietie will arrange for a refund to be made to you within 7 business days.
